President and Chief Executive Officer

As a U.S. Army Veteran, Bobby values teamwork, initiative and accountability above all else. His expansive career in leadership roles range from the life sciences, e-commerce, defense, and industrial weighing & measurement industries. Bobby is known as a growth focused executive – directly aligning with our organic and acquisitive expansion strategies. Bobby’s leadership philosophy centers on unlocking his team’s potential to achieve greatness. He believes uncovering and cultivating each person’s strengths, while removing limiting beliefs, is the best way for a team to succeed.

In his spare time, Bobby along with Jeanne, the love of his life, can be found embracing life’s adventures with his family and friends in New Orleans and Chapel Hill.

Chief Operating OfficerJoel has enjoyed a successful, lifelong career with Michelli. Since 1985, he has helped customers from every industry choose and maintain high-quality weighing and precision measurement equipment.  Joel holds the Michelli value of integrity in the highest regard, as he believes it is the foundation of trust and honesty in both personal and professional relationships.

In his spare time, you can find Joel spending time at his coastal home in Waveland, MS with his large family, including eight beautiful grandchildren.  Joel enjoys fishing, cooking and traveling with family and friends.

Chief People Officer

Ryan serves as Chief People Officer at Michelli, where he drives workforce development and strategic HR initiatives. With over 15 years in HR and operations management, Ryan specializes in employee recruitment, retention, and engagement. A certified SHRM Senior Professional, he is dedicated to optimizing HR through innovative tools and creating a culture of excellence and collaboration that supports the company’s growth and sustainability. Ryan’s favorite Michelli value is Integrity, inspired by his father’s lesson to ‘know what’s right and do it’.

In his free time, Ryan enjoys playing guitar and piano, open fire cooking, and spending time with his family.

Chief of Staff

Kelly values integrity and teamwork, believing that collaborative environments bring out the best in people. Before Michelli, Kelly spent eight years in operations at a rapidly growing, mission-driven educational publishing company. Kelly’s leadership philosophy blends empathy and accountability to support each team member’s growth and development. She believes that listening is a superpower and “clear is kind,” in the words of Brené Brown. She enjoys working cross-functionally across Michelli to build alignment and help solve problems.

In her spare time, Kelly enjoys reading fiction novels and running, recently finishing her first (and last!) marathon in Chicago.

Senior V.P., South Atlantic

Scott has a very diverse background spanning professional engineering, construction, government contracting and small business ownership of a weighing and measurement company.  He values honesty and integrity and believes in empowering employees with training and tools that allow them to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

In his spare time, Scott enjoys relaxing with his wife of over 33 years. He is also an avid outdoorsman who loves to fish, hunt and spend time in the field with his English springer spaniels.

V.P., West

Integrity embodies Nick’s everyday life, whether it’s at home with his beautiful wife and kids, or at a job site in front of customers and vendors. His professional philosophy is “Always do what you say, and finish the job right”. Professionally, Nick has nearly 15 years experience building the bridge between the transaction and final customer satisfaction. 

In his spare time, Nick enjoys finding a secluded mountain range with a lake nearby to spend time with his family and dog.

V.P., Finance

Kayleen brings structure and professionalism to the accounting and finance functions to support the growth and strategy of the overall organization. Her favorite Michelli values are integrity and initiative. She is building a team of curious creators that identify process or system improvements to aid in Michelli’s evolution. Her leadership philosophy is curiosity cannot be taught, but curiosity can be nurtured and illuminated.

Kayleen has a large, Irish family that keeps her grounded and fulfilled. She also enjoys hiking, traveling, and a good puzzle.

V.P., Customer Service & Admin Support

As a former educator, Maddie now serves as Vice President of Customer Service at Michelli. She leads the administrative team, where she inspires collaboration and fosters team empowerment. Known for her motivational leadership style, Maddie leverages her educational background to cultivate positivity. While initiative is the Michelli value that Maddie treasures most, she believes teamwork enables individuals to reach their full potential.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Maddie enjoys traveling, baking, and spending quality time with her family, embracing new experiences and connections.
